I wanted to start a discussion on patience in Spirituality. I will admit... I really struggle with this. I think it is a combination of my ADHD and the instant gratification our society has instilled in us. I have gotten better, but I still have "temper tantrums" every now and then. Anyone have a similar experience?
I've read this is all part of the awakening process and to let your ego react how it needs to so that you can release built up negative energy and heal. In the post-tantrum clarity or even during the tantrum, I usually realize the real reason for my outburst. It makes me feel like a child sometimes 😳, lol. Advice is always welcome.
From our online development group this evening, I'm sharing information.
Whitney Hazlemyer would like to practice reading. If you're willing to help her, please get in touch with her via email whitneyhazelmyer@gmail.com.
We talked about meditation for meeting guides and Vanessa shared a great album for this from Spotify. Awakening Kundalini from Kelly Howell

Jo, her son, and I went to Pumpkin Nights at Pioneer Farms. I enjoy watching what energy people are drawn to when we go there. Oma, the big tree, was so unhappy to be blocked by a giant photo booth but loved that we gave her an offering. We snuck into the Kruger farm and secretly went to Ms. Bell's house.
I took these images by pressing my cell phone against the house's windows. Since it was dark, I turned on the flash to see if I could catch the inside changes in the house. I took three consecutive images. Two were just a long stream of light that I thought was produced by the flash. The third is the image I was expecting. When I zoomed in on the streams of light, it revealed what appeared to be pane windows with a man in them.
The problem is, there are no pane windows at the Bell house. Also, what happened to the room? Your thoughts?
What a great discussion last night with our online community. Thank you all for sharing how you receive energy. Its amazing what knowing your not alone does. Here are a few images we shared. To get the story behind them, join us next week.
What a wonderful conversation tonight! I love learning from all of you. The lore of Roisin, for those who missed it:
Roisin is a leprechaun who is known to other leprechans as a hoarder. Roisin would hoard everything he found, piling items into his house so much that he couldn't even find his kitchen to cook himself food when he was hungry. His house began to smell dank roses from the roses he'd left on the kitchen table.
The other leprechauns were so upset at his hoarding that they cursed him for receiving all the lost things from everywhere. The items just continued to pile up. He became so desperate to satiate his hunger and find his kitchen that Roisin began to return the items he found in return for a snack or a small bite of food.
I'd never heard of this lore and was so intrigued by how many of you knew it and had tried it and it worked. To capture the conversation, when you lose an item you say, " Roisin, Roisin Help me find what is lost from me in exchange for a snack/bit for the."
Then you leave some food for him. You wait, and when he opens his portal, the lights will flicker, the smell of dank roses will overwhelm you, and a feeling of hunger will build in your stomach. When he returns the item you'll hear the sound of coins falling onto the ground in the very place he leaves the item!.
OMG. I'm going to try this. I lose things all the time. Who else has tried this and found their items?
Instant gratification vs. delayed gratification is a constant struggle. For me, it’s just a form of still trying to control certain things. When those moments hit, I try to just take a beat. Walk away. It always sounds easier than it is, but it doesn’t have to be. Just…
