As the year comes to an end, we begin to look for new beginnings. I challenge you to do something else instead.

• Focus on your strengths. There's no such thing as can't, you just haven't learned how yet.

• Change only what you want to and not what social media, or this time of year makes you feel you have to.

• Celebrate your wins everytime. Little or Big, YOU define what success is for yourself not others.

• Do your best to remain in your awareness

• Give only from an unbroken state.

• Do things today and enjoy staying in the present.

• Take defined steps today and create a wave for tomorrow.

• Accept the help when it is offered in the fashion it is given.

You know what truth is for yourself, noone else does. Live it, love it and bring in Light

Our Wedneday group topics were fantastic this week. We went from Orishas to Near Death Experiences to Entities that create chaos.

The food, family, and furry pets. It was a great day to be in the awareness of abundance. Stay in the present and just be.

There are more challenges ahead so take a step today for tomorrow and always look forward.

It's that season where we all begin thinking about connecting. I challenge you to keep this same spirt all year not just the last two months of it. Connecting to self, others, and nature in a positive way is what brings balance. Take this time to reinforce your boundaries, give to yourself before you give to others, and check in with your abundance everyday.
